Please call us as soon as you know that you need to cancel but no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time for initial appointments; 24 hours prior for follow-up appointments (except for cancellations due to inclement weather). Voice mail messages are acceptable.
Keep in mind, a waiting list of patients desire these appointments. Patients may have their treatments delayed if you do not call in a timely manner. Alternative medicine emphasizes very thorough personalized care; therefore, we do not 'double book' appointments. As a result, our policy is to charge $415 for initial visits not cancelled with 48-hour notice; and $110 for follow-up appointments.
